Tracking:
Note, Airmail and Registration Airmail do not provide tracking information. If you would like to be able to track the progress of your delivery, please select Speed Post service. Furthermore, Registration Airmail and Speed Post services both require a customer signature at delivery.
Insurance is not included.
Taxes and Duties
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.
Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Currency Conversions
All prices listed on our site are in Hong Kong dollars, and charged in HK dollars. Once PayPal has accepted your transactions, it determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay.

Policy and Terms
By placing an order at Pick & Made, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery. Pick & Made is not responsible for packages once they have been sent.

All orders will be wrapped with recycled packaging materials in order to save our environment.
